That’s pretty cool, I can see that being very useful where photorealism is required or for perhaps even relipsynching TV shows. They could re-render entire parts of actors faces to fit foreign toungues.
Impressive but they don’t have the charm of Mii’s. I’d take a cute little avatar or my own customised character over my real face. Realistic looking faces look a bit like souless dolls.
